ADR/IMDG
Atlántica Agrícola works in two main ways for the transport of our products: by road and by sea. Depending on the type of product, we comply with a number of regulations.
Road Regulations:
ADR: European Agreement concerning the Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road.
Royal Decree 97/2014, of February 14, 2014, regulating the transport of dangerous goods by road in Spanish territory.
Maritime regulations:
IMDG Code: Amendments to the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code.
Atlántica Agrícola works with FIMED as a consultant and safety advisor, to ensure, advise and train us in regulatory compliance on the transport of dangerous goods.
