Sodial is a soil salinity corrector based on calcium complexed with organic acids. Calcium replaces sodium on the soil exchange complex forming sodium sulfate that can be leached from the rooting zone.
|Polyhydroxyphenyl carboxylic acids (ODM)||40 % w/w|
|Calcium oxide (CaO) water soluble||7 % w/w|
Doses vary depending on the soil type and quality of the irrigation water. We recommend following these dose ranges based on electrical conductivity as a guide, otherwise it is recommended to apply around 10-15 L/ha per application, varying the number of applications depending on the particular characteristics of the plantation.
|1 – 2 milimhos/cm||10 – 20 cc/1000 L of water|
|2 – 4 milimhos/cm||20 – 35 cc/1000 L of water|
|4 – 6 milimhos/cm||35 – 55 cc/1000 L of water|
|+ 6 milimhos/cm||increase proportionally|
